We’re big on data and technology; but we know that more layers of complexity won’t create a real, sustainable solution. Data and technology need to be fused with the right process and people interaction to provide effective, efficient and sustainable solutions. Great solutions are simple and elegant, not complex and convoluted.

Being predictable gives us more time to think about the things that really matter – like how we help you solve your problems and improve your business. Being predictable means the simple stuff just works and we’re spending time working on the business and not just in it. Because when we make good consistent, we’ve become predictable.
Meet the Directors
James Anstey
Director & Co-Founder

James brings 20 years of experience leading improvement and optimisation programs and projects. He’s unlocked hundreds of millions of dollars in value for our clients. When it comes to what we do at Prediktivity, James’ favourite part is those lightbulb moments. It’s those moments as part of a great conversation with a client where the eyes collectively widen, the light bulb appears, and without saying it everyone knows “a-ha, that’s it”.
James adds value for our clients by communicating a consistent message, having the challenging conversations when they are needed, and never forgetting to have a laugh along the way, to keep the project enjoyable for all of us.
When James isn’t delivering predictable outcomes for your business; he’s probably chasing after his kids, at a BBQ having beers with his friends, or he may have even (finally) found some peace to get stuck into a good book.
Wayne Du Toit
Director & Co-Founder
MBA, BSc. (Computer Science)
Wayne brings 20 years of experience in software development and architecture, having built million-dollar solutions in the mining and financial industries. He’s introduced his agile methodologies to a slew of organisations. As a solution architect, Wayne loves solving your problems through design. He takes a human-centred approach to technology to develop solutions tailored to the users — not the other way around.
Wayne thrives when he comes across real problems that he can solve to improve real people’s lives. Creating new strategies, improving processes, and introducing agile methodologies is his specialty.
When Wayne isn’t at work, he’s probably getting active in the great outdoors, on a run or a surf, or spending time with his family.
